This return and refund policy applies to purchases made on the Fair & Square website, fairandsquare.shop. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
Returns
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the delivery costs associated with the exchange. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend taking the following steps:
- Check your bank account again to ensure the refund has not been processed.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item you received was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified about the return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
